Real estate media

Listing film, stills and aerial coverage that make a property cinematic before a single showing.

Property photography is a lighting job that most people book as a camera job. The difference between a competent interior and a good one is almost never the body on the tripod. It is whether the room was lit, and whether the shoot was timed to what the house actually does with the sun.

Aerial is the other half. Ground-level frames show a buyer what the house is. An aerial shows them where it sits, which for a hillside or waterside property is frequently the more valuable answer.

Flight Trajectory

How a real estate media project runs, start to orbit.

  1. Flight plan

    The property

Orientation, aspect, and the hours the house looks like itself. The shoot time is chosen from that, not from the calendar.

  2. Takeoff

    Prep

What needs moving, which bulbs need matching, and airspace checked in advance where the site needs authorisation.

  3. Altitude

    Capture

Interiors lit room by room, exteriors at the hour they earn, aerials flown by a licensed pilot.

  4. Cruise

    Post

Verticals corrected, windows recovered, colour kept honest. A listing gallery has to match the house on the walkthrough.

  5. Orbit

    The listing set

Stills, walkthrough film and aerials, sequenced in the order a buyer should meet the property.
