Brand photography

Campaign imagery, product work and the content library that keeps a brand looking like itself for the next twelve months.

A brand rarely has a photography problem. It has a consistency problem. Most companies own plenty of images and no two look like they came from the same company, because each was shot by whoever was available that quarter.

The job is to decide what the brand looks like, then produce enough of it in one run that the look survives contact with a marketing calendar. That means shooting a library, not a hero shot.

Flight Trajectory

How a brand photography project runs, start to orbit.

  1. Flight plan

    The look

Reference, palette, lens language and how the brand is lit, agreed as a set of rules rather than a mood board nobody can act on.

  2. Takeoff

    Shot list

Every image the calendar needs for the period, grouped so they can be shot in one run rather than five.

  3. Altitude

    The shoot

Product, people, place and detail in the same session under the same light, so the set is coherent by construction.

  4. Cruise

    Selection and retouch

A tight edit rather than a dump, retouched to the rules set at the start.

  5. Orbit

    The library

Delivered organised and named, in the crops each channel needs, so nobody is exporting a square version at midnight.
