Event coverage
Galas, launches, festivals and live shows, covered end to end and delivered while the event still matters.
Book a shoot
An event is the one job with no second attempt. Everything either got covered or it did not, and the difference is almost always preparation rather than reflexes: knowing where the speeches happen, who has to be in frame, and which two minutes of the night the whole thing is actually about.
The other half is speed. Coverage delivered three weeks later is an archive. Delivered the next day, it is still marketing.
Flight Trajectory
How a events project runs, start to orbit.
-
Flight plan
Run of show
The schedule, the must-have moments and the people who cannot be missed, walked through before the day rather than discovered on it.
-
Takeoff
Recce and setup
The room, the light, the power and the positions, with aerial cleared in advance where it is needed and permitted.
-
Altitude
The event
Photo and video across the whole run, worked quietly. Guests should not be able to describe where the crew was.
-
Cruise
First selects
A first set turned around fast, so there is something to post while the event is still current.
-
Orbit
